Put a bunch of keen gardeners together and they talk gardening – they also eat cake, preferably sitting in a garden when the weather allows! Which is what we do, meeting in various members' homes and walking around their respective gardens each month. It's a very informal set-up; we are a self-help group, discussing topics suggested by members, helping one another with problems and, from time to time, visiting outside gardens, both public and private.
