On the second Wednesday of every month the group visits local bird watching venues, these maybe reserves with hides or areas known to be good for bird watching and can include a special ride on the Seaton Tram, a boat at Exmouth or visit to Brownsea Island. Members take it in turn to organise the visits and the all important lunchtime venues. We aim to have a yearly programme planned in advance. We have cautiously restarted visiting local venues both for birdwatching and eating lunch.
